SMS / Text Messaging
When you opt in to SMS messaging, we collect your mobile phone number and timestamp of consent. We use this number to send appointment reminders, vaccine due dates, lost-pet alerts, review requests, booking confirmations, negative review alerts (for business owners), and account notifications.
We do not sell, share, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS consent to third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive.

Google User Data & Google API Services
PawAide's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your Google Business Profile to PawAide, we request the business.manage scope so we can, on your behalf and only with your explicit OAuth consent:
- Read reviews left on your verified Google Business Profile
- Post replies you have explicitly approved inside PawAide
- Display your business information (name, hours, location) in your PawAide dashboard
Limited Use disclosures: PawAide does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger / acquisition. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not allow humans to read your Google user data (except as required for security, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent), and do not sell Google user data.
Data retention: Reviews and replies synced from Google are retained only while your connection is active. You may revoke access at any time from your PawAide settings or from your Google Account permissions page. Within 30 days of revocation, we delete all cached Google user data from our systems.
Storage: OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. All data is transmitted over TLS.
