Health — 30% — Vaccinations, exams and conditions, each scored while its record is still inside its useful window.
Care — 20% — Routine care you actually keep up with: grooming, dental, preventatives, wellness visits.
Verification — 20% — Uploaded documents and provider-submitted records score full credit; self-reported facts score partial.
Behavior — 15% — Training, socialization and handling history — the part sitters and landlords ask about.
Safety — 15% — Microchip, ID, licensing and insurance coverage on file.
